Resources / Fictional demonstrations

Create synthetic matter fixtures for a public demonstration

Show the intake structure without copying a real person's legal problem.

01

The operational decision

Show the intake structure without copying a real person's legal problem. A public legal-intake demonstration should show a useful conversation while remaining separate from real inquiries and firm decisions. Visitors must understand that the caller, matter and result are fictional.

02

Prepare the workflow

Invent a simple consultation category, contact preference and sample outcome; avoid real names, case numbers, documents or recognizable narratives.

03

Example wording for approval

“This demonstration uses an invented estate-planning inquiry. Please use fictional information and do not describe a real matter or provide confidential documents.”

04

Worked example

Invent a simple estate-planning consultation request with a fictional contact preference and no detailed family or financial narrative. Label it synthetic in the seed data and public result. Do not take a real inquiry and change only the person's name; recognizable circumstances may remain. The fixture should be sufficient to test category, request status and handoff. Its value comes from demonstrating the workflow clearly, not from making the public example resemble a complex real dispute.

05

Handoff record

Record these task-specific fields: scenario identifier, synthetic fields, public label, reviewer.

06

Acceptance check

Compare each fixture with the source material used to create it. A lightly renamed real case is not an acceptable synthetic demonstration.
